Responsible for overseeing the financial management and ongoing development of the event. Each major stakeholder, 25k plus, funding or in-kind, will be given the opportunity to have a representative on this Stakeholder committee.
Circle of Patrons
Expanding group of ambassadors who promote events and help seek out potential donors.
Ongoing Youth programs engaging young people, who in turn, become volunteers during the event.
A key role of Production Manager will be the responsibility for assisting the Artistic Director in strategic planning, sponsorship, funding, logistics, budgeting, catalogue preparation and general administration related to the event. Additional staff will be hired as the project develops and programming requires it.
BOAA is presented and owned by Julie Collins and Derek John. djprojects is a multi arts service provider. For the purpose of BOAA, djprojects has formed a not for profit company with donations and philanthropic funding accepted via the Australian Cultural Fund, who can provide donors with tax deductibility DGR status. All financial management will be overseen by accountancy and legal firm Mulchay & Co. djprojects will provide stakeholders with monthly progress reports, including financial reports by Mulcahy & Co.
